- How
do we book?
A
- Firstly you need to send and enquiry into us or give us a call. We will then
put a quote together for you with prices etc either by e-mail or post. Once you
are happy with your quote, it is simply a case giving us a call to check availability
and paying £25.00 per person. Any payments can be taken by credit card over the
phone (for no additional charge), or if you prefer by cheque. Q
- Is there a minimum group size?
A - There are minimum group sizes on most
packages usually 8 - 10 people

- Can I add
people after I've made the initial booking?
A - Yes, as long as there is
still availability at the hotel and activities

- Can I cancel my booking or reduce the number of people attending?
A -
Yes but don't forget that deposits are strictly non returnable

- What type and which hotel will we be staying in?
A
- The surf lodges/backpackers we choose are standard based rooms with en-suite
facilities. You will be sent specific details at the time your final balance is
paid. Our policy of placing bookings according to allocation and availability
means that, although we are unable to give you your full details of your accommodation
at the time of you putting down your deposit, we can guarantee convenient location.
Accommodation will only be booked by Gr8days if the group is taking part in the
whole weekend's activities. We will happily arrange the daytime and evening entertainment
if you do not require any accommodation. Q
- How far away
is the accommodation for the town centre?
A - No more than a 2 to 3 minute
cab journey or 4-5 minutes walk, we will inform before you've paid your deposit
if the only hotels with availability are outside of that. Q
- Which activity centres will we be using and how far away are they?
A
- Again, as with your accommodation, we use a number of activity centres across
Cornwall this means we can get the best deals at all times once however we will
provide you with full details as soon as your final balance is paid. Wherever
possible, we will endeavour to reserve spaces at the closest site to your hotel,
as well as combining the best time slots if 2 or more activities are requested
for the same day. We always try to keep the travel time between your hotel and
activity centres down to a minimum. Generally travel time takes no more 30 minutes.

- Can we pay for our booking individually?
A - I'm afraid not. We would
prefer you to keep to a maximum of two payments from the group organiser (£25.00
per person and final amount outstanding), as we've just stated it is the responsibility
of the group organiser to sort out all the individual payments, and then pay Gr8days
the instalments. Q
- Do we get any discount?
A - We do offer discounts from time to time; depending
on the size of the group please see the special offers icon. Q
- How will we get from our hotel to the various activity centres?
A
- To take the hassle out of the weekend for we build in a transport cost into
your package, we use various local minibus and taxi firms. If you have already
hired transport for the weekend please inform us when making your booking. Q
- Can we pay for the booking on the day?
A
- No. To take advantage of our special prices, to make sure your spaces are
confirmed and to receive your full itinerary pack in advance of your weekend,
we need payment in full no later than five weeks before your weekend. The activity
centres and hotels will not wait for payment and will therefore not hold any reservations.

- What happens if some members of my group drop out from the time I book and will
we be charged for them?
A - It depends on when you book. We do not need
definite final numbers of your group until five weeks before your weekend, if
anyone changes their mind after within the five weeks we ourselves are likely
to be charged by both hotels and activity centres for a late cancellation, in
which case we may have to apply a charge for that person of between 30%-100% .
If you can keep us up to date at all times then we will try our best to keep these
charges to a minimum. Q
- Can you book the strippers for us?
A
- Yes we are happy to book a stripper, but please remember the some activity
centres and accommodation will not tolerate this type of entertainment. We will
therefore let you know if we are able to book a stripper before a deposit is paid.
